The Willis Family

Brandon & Vickie met at the University of Wyoming. He was in law school, and she was studying to be a teacher. They had one date in college and ten years later, they had their second. They finally got married while living & working in DC. In 2017, after a new baby and job offer, they moved across the country to Laketown. They have three fun kids, Charlie, Truman, & Lucy.

Agriculture has always been a big part of who they are. Brandon grew up helping on the sheep ranch here in Laketown. He planted raspberries and fruit trees and was always trying to grow something new. He worked for USDA as a political appointee and currently teaches Ag Policy at USU & runs an insurance business. Vickie grew up on a farm in northern Wyoming and even while she was hopping around states to teach, she was always involved with school gardens and non-profit programs that helped kids learn how to grow their own food to eat. She teaches a play school group for her own kids and a few local friends. Dreaming, learning, and planning of the summer crops helps her make it through the long winters.  

The Farmacy is our small way of contributing some happiness to the world.
